General Requirements
1. Submit an Original Passport valid for the entire duration of stay
2. One visa application form completed and signed
*Non US Citizens should use this visa application form.
3. One 2x2 inch photo with a white background
4. A tourist voucher and standard confirmation (This is an official document issued by a Russian hotel or travel agency. The document confirms your accommodations in Russia. The visa that is issued by the embassy or consulate will reflect the same dates as the voucher so be sure the voucher dates encompass the entire duration of stay in Russia. The maximum stay is 30 days)
5. A cover letter stating, applicant's name(s), date and points of arrival and departure, and cities to be visited in Russia
6. Pre-paid self-addressed envelope if applying by mail (It is recommended that DHL,US Express Mail, FEDEX, Certified Mail or UPS be used).
Additional Requirements for Non US Citizens
1. Evidence of your immigration status in the USA (e.g. copy of green card or
valid visa for the US)
2. The visa application for non US Citizens
3. Proof of health insurance in Russia may be required

Additional Requirements for Business
2. An official letter of invitation or telex number from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This should be obtained and sent to the visa applicant by the inviting company/organization in Russia.
3. All applicants applying for a visa valid longer than 90 days should provide HIV test results or a doctor's note stating that the visa applicant is "free of communicable diseases".
Additional Requirements for a homestay
1. An official letter of invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that should be obtained by the individual who has invited you to stay in their home.

Double entry visas

$350 for same day processing;
For multiple entry visas (Business only)
$131 for 6-10 business days processing;
$300 for 3-5 business days processing;
