General Requirements 1. Submit an original passport, valid for at least 6 months from date of submission and have at least one completely blank page for visa stamp (amendment pages are not acceptable).
2. One visa application form.
4. A photocopy of flight itinerary and hotel reservation.
5. Those born in PRC and Taiwan may need to provide a copy of a previous Chinese Visa or a copy of a previous Chinese passport or birth certificate.

1. Evidence of your immigration status in the USA (e.g. copy of green card or
valid visa for the US)
Additional Requirements for Business
1. A business letter from the sponsoring company in the US. The letter should
include the dates of travel, purpose of visit and a statement of financial
responsibility for the applicant.
2. Application must include an invitation letter from any competent Chinese authorities such as state commisions, ministries, provincial governments or head offices of recognized Chinese corporations.
